one-on-one coaching
Once you’ve sent me your enquiry form, I’ll review it and suggest a time and date that works for both of us—taking into account time zones, work commitments, Netflix binges, and other important life events :)
We meet once a week, though this can be extended to every two weeks if needed. However, I don't recommend a longer gap between sessions, as maintaining momentum is crucial to embedding change into your life for lasting results.
Absolutely! I typically offer an 'ad-hoc' period for clients I’ve worked with previously. During this time, you can book a session every few weeks or months to ensure you stay on track or to address any new challenges that may arise and require additional support.
I’m here to assist via email if you hit a roadblock or need to share something with me. Your success is my priority, and I’m fully committed to supporting you.
Change only happens when we take action. For a truly successful coaching experience, it’s important to complete the agreed-upon 'homework' between sessions. As with anything in life, the effort you put in will determine the results you get out.
Life happens, and sometimes rescheduling is necessary. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, the missed session will be charged.
I work mainly on Google Meets and Zoom and avoid Microsoft Meets at all costs :)
For international payments, Wise is my preferred option, but you can also use PayPal or make a direct deposit. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month for the upcoming sessions.

Simply log into your Members Dashboard and select the tab called "My Courses", there you will find a list of all courses that you are enrolled in, or products that you have purchased.
Yes! All supporting course materials are available for download. I just ask that you keep them to yourself and not share them with anyone who isn’t enrolled in the course. Thanks for understanding!
Except for the Inspired Interactions Profile, you can pause and resume your course anytime. Just try not to leave too much time between sessions to keep your momentum going!
You can track your progress within the course. Just look for the progress bar on the left sidebar once you're inside!
Depending on which course you are enrolled in, once you've completed your course and submitted all required assessments, your certificate can be downloaded and will also be emailed to you.
For now, discussions are just between you and me. However, if there's enough interest, I may open a community forum for enrolled members!

You have lifetime access to my courses, so feel free to revisit the lessons anytime. However, please note that once you've completed the course, there will be no further support or feedback on your assessments if you choose to redo them.
You can head over to My Account where you will find your past orders and view the receipts.
Desktop is always better for your experience, but you can use your tablet or mobile phone as well.
